Community Guidelines

The Philosophy of this Clan has Five tenets, which are the core pillars of our community and what we believe in. The violation of any of these is a grave offense. The violation of multiple pillars is warrant for either demotion, serious reprimand by your Officers or Commander, or even expulsion from the guild altogether.

Excellence

Be excellent in all things. Not just in Destiny. In your lives away from us as well. Push yourself constantly to new heights every day of your life. As the eagle must constantly beat its wings to stay afloat, coasting is frowned upon here. Mediocrity is a sin. Be excellent. For the sake of the people next to you, and for yourself.

Integrity

Integrity is important. If anyone, especially your Officers, Captains, or Commander asks you a question, 100% honesty is expected at all times. Your word is your bond. Lying is a violation of the trust that your brothers and sisters place in you, and the violation of that is a grave offense to every one of us. Family above all.

Commitment

Loyalty is valued highly here. By joining our ranks, we expect your utmost effort when you partake in activities or the community in any capacity. We get nowhere if no one's pulling their fair share. Commitment also means realizing that people here expect certain things, like being active regularly. It's not a huge time ocmmitment, and it will mean alot to the friends you make here.

Courage

Be brave. Be self-confident. You are an individual with potential and gifts to offer the world. Do not cower in the shells of introversion, self-deprecation, guilt and shame. Jump, and trust that we will teach you to fly into the person that you can be: the best version of yourself you can muster. Courage is not acting in the absence of fear, it is acting in spite of it.

Respect

Possibly the most important. Respect goes for your clanmates and all you meet. Whether on Venus, or at work in real life. Respect opens doors. It doesn't matter if we aren't there to catch you. We expect it. If this is something you cannot do at all times, do not join. There are four things that don't come back. One is a spoken word.
